Do you accept walk-ins or only appointment?
We prefer appointment as it reduces your wait time and your pet's stress and help us to plan our treatment. In the event your pet has a urgent need and you arrive without an appointment, we will immediately assess your pet's condition and triage them accordingly. Critical cases will receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.
Do you support any Financing Program?.
Yes, we are participating in Care credit program, you can apply for care credit financing at www.carecredit.com either in online or one of our staff member can assist you in hospital for your carecredit payment for our service.
What is your payment policy?
Payment in full is due when services are rendered. We accept personal checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express cards, Insurance, care credit cards. We participate in Care credit program and help our clients in registring for care credit for those who wish to avail care credit .
What is your patient arrival policy?
For your pet's protection, please use proper restraint when entering the hospital, as well as when walking your pet on the hospital grounds. Dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled at all times. Cats must arrive in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash/harness; it is not safe for your cat to be carried in your arms.
How do I request a refill on my pet's prescription?
Out of the counter medicine are available in Clinic and you can directly purchase , for prescribed medication , we may either refill if the instruction to refill is marked and in some circumstances the veterinarian may require an exam prior to dispensing the medication.
What is your prescription dispensing policy?
Federal and state law prohibits the dispensing of medications without an examination in the prior 12 months, constituting a valid veterinary/patient/client relationship.For the safety of your pet - as with people - medication cannot be dispensed without a proper medical evaluation of the presenting problem, ideally leading to a correct diagnosis and appropriate medication. It would put your pet at risk to do otherwise.
Our policy is we will not prescribe any medications without an examination in the prior 12 months or at the veterinarian's discretion.
Is pre-operative testing optional for my pet?
As with humans, pre-operative testing is not optional for your pet. Your veterinarian wants to be sure that all signs indicate your pet's heart, liver and kidney functions will allow them to undergo anesthesia and the surgical procedure with an outlook for optimum success.
Why does my pet need to repeat blood work testing for certain medications?
Your pet's successful therapy depends on monitoring. This ensures that the medications are working as intended and that any possible side effects are being noted. You are your pet's health care advocate. Closely following your veterinarian's dosing instructions, immediately reporting any changes in your pet's attitude or appearance and adhering to the recommended lab testing schedule will ensure your pet is receiving the maximum benefit from therapeutic drug treatment.

Does my pet need to be licensed?
All dogs and cats residing are required to be licensed and have proof of rabies vaccination.
